With lots of changes arriving with the new update, fans are excited to see all the new features in the new update.
LoL Patch 12.19 Release Date
Riot Games has announced that the release date for League of Legends Update 12.19 will be Wednesday 5 October 2022. The release time for the update however, is currently unknown. The last update of the game was on Wednesday 21 September 2022.

LoL Update 12.19 Patch Notes
Developers reveal patch notes every time a big update goes live. Patch notes reveal all the latest updated features and informs players about what kind of bugs the developers have fixed. They also give information on whether any characters/skill have been buffed/nerfed.
The new patch notes will also tell us whether developers have added any new content in the game. However, as of now, developers have not released the patch notes for the new League of Legends update 12.19.
This should not worry fans as patch notes are usually released around the time of the update going live, most probably a day or two in advance. For now, players can have a look at the 12.18 update patch notes, which went live on September 21 2022.
Fans can expect the patch notes for the 12.19 update to most likely go live on Tuesday 4 October 2022 at the earliest.

Nunu (buff)
- R damage max AP ratio increased from 250% to 300%
- W cone AP ratio increased from 20% to 30%
- R AP ratio increased from 80% to 90%
Kennen (buff)
- E now allows him exceed the attack speed cap while bonus attack speed is active
Kai’Sa (buff)
- P detonation AP ratio increased from 5% missing HP per 100 AP to 6% per 100 AP
Garen (buffs)
- E crit damage increased from 58% to 75%
Fizz (buffs)
- E AP ratio increased from 75% to 90%
- E mana cost reduced from 90 – 110 to 85 – 95
Blitzcrank (changes)

- Attack speed ratio increased from 0.625 to 0.7
- W attack speed increased from 30% – 62% to 40% – 92%
- W mana cost increased from 75 to 85
- W now deals 1% max HP magic damage on-hit while active, increased by 60 – 180 against non champs
- E mana cost increased from 25 to 40
- E now scales with 25% AP and increased by 150% AD + 125% AP against non-champions
- R passive AP ratio increased from 30% flat to 30% to 50%
