Fans of the Ranger Reject franchise have been eagerly awaiting Shochiku’s announcement of the anime adaptation of the Ranger Reject manga, know the ep 1 release date
On February 3, 2021, the tenth issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine began serializing Ranger Reject by Negi Haruba. There have been a total of nine tankobon volumes collecting the manga since then, with the most recent one appearing on March 16, 2023.

No official announcement has been made regarding the release date but we can expect that Ranger Reject anime to release in 2024 or later. Shochiku’s official YouTube account shared a special video on December 6, 2022, introducing the anime adaptation of Negi Haruba’s Ranger Reject, also known as Go! Go! Loser Ranger!, a superhero manga series. The romantic comedy manga The Quintessential Quintuplets is Negi Haruba’s most well-known work, but he’s also responsible for Ranger Reject.

Plot and Story of Ranger Reject
According to the summary, the evil Nefarious Monster Army invaded Earth 13 years ago, but the heroic Dragon Keepers drove them back within a year.
After that, the Rangers would routinely humiliate the monsters in front of the entire town during weekly events called “Sunday Battles.” The public would watch as the Dragon Keepers battled a horde of creatures known as Dusters in these staged events. Every week, the monsters would lose a fight and seem like complete losers.

D, a solitary monster who had suffered this shame for quite some time, decided to do something about it by sneaking into the Ranger Force. D teamed up with the enigmatic Yellow Battalion Ranger, Yumeko Suzukiri, when his attempt to murder the Red Keeper failed.
As a result, he joined the Rangers while pretending to be Hibiki Sakurama. D was able to take one of the divine artifacts alongside Yumeko. These artifacts could put an end to the monsters’ everlasting bodies for good. Unfortunately, he met his demise at the hands of the Dragon Keepers.
Fans of the genre will have to wait for the upcoming Ranger Reject anime to find out more. Nonetheless, viewers are in for a story that will have them on the edge of their seats with its suspense and intensity. However, given the lack of updates regarding the anime since its announcement last year, fans may be in for a long wait.
