Fabiola Valentin began her modeling career when she achieved La Cara de IMAGEN held in 2015 at the La Concha A Renaissance Resort based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Fabiola competed in the Miss Universe Puerto Rico of 2019. This event was held on the 13th of June at the Luis A. Ferre Fine Arts Center in San Juan alongside 27 other participants as a representative of Camuy. Madison Anderson was considered to be the winner and she came second.
